it's time for summer school

Starting this email with a confession: I run a food blog. I love cooking, but... I also really love when other people cook for me.

✅ Trying something new?

✅ No dishes in my house?

✅ Getting to soak in the vibes and atmosphere of a local restaurant?

YES to all of this.

Unfortunately, this summer we're not eating out that often. I have an 11 month old who in general is pretty patient at restaurants, but it's a whole extra level of organization to schedule, bring food for him, etc.

Eating out is also more expensive than ever and lately I found myself cringing at some of the bills at the end of the meal.

So, what am I doing instead?

I'm focusing on meals at home that feel like we went out to eat and I'm using my immersion circulator to make it as easy as possible.

👉 sous vide barbacoa

👉 sous vide cilantro lime shrimp

👉 sous vide lobster benedict

👉 homemade aperol (rhubarb and orange sous vide infused vodka)

...and so so much more.

If you have no idea how to use your sous vide machine or it's sitting at the back of your pantry collecting dust, I've got a $12 offer that'll help you create restaurant worthy meals this summer.
